Unsere Vorschläge für die Zukunft
Das aktuelle Projekt der Laangwiss III, mit seinen riesigen Dimensionen in Einkaufs- und Parkflächen, ohne Einbeziehung ökologischer und nachhaltiger Aspekte, scheint uns ein völlig rückwärtsgerichtetes Projekt, dessen langfristige Auswirkungen auf Umwelt und Verkehr in Junglinster noch nicht vorstellbar sind. Wir stehen dem Projekt, in seinen aktuellen Ausmaßen, kritisch gegenüber und setzen uns – soweit noch möglich – für eine Überarbeitung des gesamten Projektes ein.
Wir waren und sind gegen vorschnelle Umänderungen des PAG und Umklassierungen von Baugrundstücken, die vorrangig den kommerziellen Interessen von Privatinvestoren dienen.
Wir setzen für eine durchdachte, ökologisch und ökonomisch umsichtige Entwicklung der Industriegebiete und der Geschäfte ein, die den realen Bedürfnissen der Bewohner*innen der Region und dem Angebot der schon bestehenden Betriebe und Geschäfte Rechnung trägt.
Wir unterstützen Betriebe und öffentliche Institutionen, um ihren Abfall werteerhaltend zu handhaben und generell Abfall (z.B. durch Verpackungen) zu vermeiden.
Mit den bestehenden Betrieben und Geschäftszentren sollen, im Austausch, neue Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit, der Kommunikation und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung, wie etwa der Bereitstellung von Flächen für Photovoltaik, für Grünflächen und für Fahrradstellplätze, erörtert werden. Zu diesem Zweck soll die Gemeinde aktiv nach Möglichkeiten der besseren Vernetzung und von Synergien zwischen den Geschäftsleuten suchen und diese, z.B. durch entsprechende Kommunikationsmittel, fördern.
Konsequent und durchgehend unterstützt die Gemeinde die lokalen Geschäfte und Betriebe, indem sie die eigenen Einkäufe und Aufträge, wenn möglich, an diese vergibt, sowie die Bürger*innen über die bestehenden, kommerziellen Möglichkeiten informiert.

Nos suggestions pour l’avenir
Le projet actuel de Laangwiss III, avec ses dimensions gigantesques en surfaces commerciales et en parkings, sans prise en compte des aspects écologiques de durabilité, nous semble être un projet totalement rétrograde, dont les conséquences à long terme sur l’environnement et la circulation à Junglinster ne sont pas encore imaginables. Nous nous opposons à ce projet, dans ses dimensions actuelles, et nous nous engageons – dans la mesure du possible – pour une révision de l’ensemble du projet.
Nous étions et sommes toujours opposés à des modifications hâtives du PAG et à des reclassements de terrains à bâtir qui servent avant tout les intérêts commerciaux d’investisseurs privés.
Nous nous engageons pour un développement réfléchi, écologique et économiquement prudent des zones industrielles et des commerces, qui tienne compte des besoins réels des habitants de la région et de l’offre des entreprises et commerces déjà existants.
Nous soutenons les entreprises et les institutions publiques afin qu’elles gèrent leurs déchets de manière à préserver leur valeur et à éviter les déchets en général (par ex. par le biais d’emballages).
De nouvelles possibilités de coopération, de communication et de développement durable, telles que la mise à disposition de surfaces pour le photovoltaïque, les espaces verts et le stationnement des vélos, doivent être discutées avec les entreprises et les centres commerciaux existants. A cette fin, la commune doit rechercher activement les possibilités d’une meilleure mise en réseau et de synergies entre les commerçants et les encourager, par exemple par des moyens de communication appropriés.
De manière cohérente et continue, la commune devrait soutenir les commerces et entreprises locaux en leur confiant ses propres achats et commandes – si possible – et en informant les citoyens sur les possibilités commerciales existantes.

Our proposals for the future
The current Laangwiss III project, with its huge dimensions in shopping and parking areas, without taking ecological and sustainable aspects into account, seems to us to be a completely backward-looking project whose long-term effects on the environment and traffic in Junglinster are not yet conceivable. We are critical of the project, in its current dimensions, and are committed – as far as still possible – to a revision of the entire project.
We were and are against hasty changes to the PAG and reclassifications of building plots that primarily serve the commercial interests of private investors.
We advocate a thoughtful, ecologically and economically prudent development of the industrial areas and shops that takes into account the real needs of the region’s residents and the offerings of the already existing businesses and shops.
We support businesses and public institutions to manage their waste in a value-preserving way and to avoid waste in general (e.g. through packaging).
New possibilities for cooperation, communication and sustainable development, such as the provision of areas for photovoltaics, for green spaces and for bicycle parking, should be discussed with the existing businesses and business centres. To this end, the municipality should actively look for opportunities for better networking and synergies between business people and promote these, e.g. through appropriate means of communication.
In a consistent and continuous way, the municipality supports local shops and businesses by contracting out its own purchases and orders to them whenever possible, as well as informing citizens about existing commercial opportunities.
