• Wann mir méi nohalteg a biologesch Liewensmëttel an eise Kantinne fir d’Kanner wëllen ubidden, da musse mir och eis lokal Produzente mat an de Dialog huelen, nolauschtere wat si brauchen a kucken, wéi mir als Gemeng si kënne konkret ënnerstëtzen.

🤝 Fir eng nohalteg Zukunft, mat Verantwortung – hei bei eis an och iwwer eis Gemengegrenzen eraus.

Retour sur la séance du conseil communal du 19 septembre 2025

• Notre commune a rejoint l’alliance des communes contre l’énergie nucléaire (Luxembourg)
• Dans le cadre de la motion concernant le jumelage de notre commune avec la ville d’Al-Ubeidiya, nous avons souligné l’importance que notre commune se positionne par rapport aux thèmes importants de notre monde que sont la guerre et la pauvreté dans des régions proches ou lointaines.
• Si nous voulons proposer des aliments écologiques et biologiques dans la cantine scolaire, il faudra aussi inclure nos producteurs locaux dans le dialogue, écouter ce dont ils ont besoin et vois comment nous, en tant que commune, pouvons les soutenir concrètement.

🤝 Pour un avenir durable, avec responsabilité – tant chez nous qu’au delà des frontières communales.

Rückblick auf die Gemeinderatssitzung vom 19. September 2025

• Unsere Gemeinde ist der Allianz der Gemeinden gegen Atomenergie (Luxemburg) beigetreten
• Im Rahmen des Antrags zur Städtepartnerschaft unserer Gemeinde mit der Stadt Al-Ubeidiya haben wir betont, wie wichtig es ist, dass unsere Gemeinde zu den wichtigen Themen unserer Welt wie Krieg und Armut in nahen und fernen Regionen Stellung bezieht.
• Wenn wir nachhaltige und biologische Lebensmittel in der Schulkantine anbieten wollen, müssen wir auch unsere lokalen Erzeuger in den Dialog einbeziehen, ihnen zuhören, was sie brauchen, und sehen, wie wir als Gemeinde sie konkret unterstützen können.

🤝 Für eine nachhaltige Zukunft, mit Verantwortung – sowohl bei uns als auch über die Gemeindegrenzen hinaus.

Review of the municipal council meeting of 19 September 2025

• Our municipality has joined the alliance of municipalities against nuclear energy (Luxembourg)
• As part of the motion concerning the twinning of our municipality with the city of Al-Ubeidiya, we emphasised the importance of our municipality taking a stance on important global issues such as war and poverty in regions both near and far.
• If we want to offer organic and environmentally friendly food in the school canteen, we must also include our local producers in the dialogue, listen to what they need and see how we, as a municipality, can support them in practical terms.
