Die Oppositionsarbeit funktioniert: Das geplante Parkhaus Op Loupescht wurde von der CSV/DP-Mehrheit zurückgezogen!

Jetzt: Ja zu einem grünen und lebendigen Zentrum für Junglinster.

Kritisch betrachtet: 6 Jahre Majoritätspolitik

In den letzten Monaten haben wir, Déi Gréng, uns gegen das Parkhaus-Projekt Op Loupescht der CSV-DP-Majorität eingesetzt! Nun haben diese Politiker eine 180-Grad-Wende vollzogen und das Projekt zurückgezogen. Gut so! Ein Erfolg für die Bürgerinitiative und auch für uns!

Die Bekanntmachung kam über einen Zeitungsartikel, in dem u.a. auch zugegeben wird, dass das Parkhaus eigentlich nie benötigt wurde! Diese Erkenntnis kommt zu spät, weil jetzt schon Hunderttausende Euros in ein sinnloses Projekt geflossen sind. Und dies bei der aktuellen Finanzlage! Hier zahlen wir alle einen zu hohen Preis für eine falsche Entscheidung von der CSV/DP-Politiker, die die Bedürfnisse der Menschen und die Anforderungen zeitgemässer Städteplanung nicht verstanden haben.

Unsere Vorschläge für die Zukunft

• Wir stehen für die Erstellung und Umsetzung eines intelligenten Gesamtkonzeptes für den Dorfkern von Junglinster, der (wieder) zur Begegnungsstätte für die Bürgerinnen und Bürger aller Generationen werden soll – mit angenehmen Grün- und Freizeitflächen.
• Dieses Konzept darf nicht (nur) von kostenaufwändigen, externen Planungsbüros erstellt werden, sondern muss aus der Mitte der Gesellschaft entstehen – in einem lebendigen Prozess der Ideenfindung.
• Wir werden den aktuellen Parkschlüssel der Gemeinde – einer der Gründe für das Parkhaus-Desaster – überarbeiten.
• Eine zeitnahe Bilanz des “Parking résidentiel” wird, mit den betroffenen Anwohnern und Betrieben, erstellt, um diesen gegebenenfalls anzupassen.
• Letztlich: Planungssicherheit für Bauprojekte muss in der Gemeinde zukünftig IMMER mit langfristiger, genauer und kosteneffizienter Finanzplanung einhergehen!

Dafür setzen wir uns ein!

Regard critique sur la politique de la majorité des 6 dernières années

Ces derniers mois, nous, Déi Gréng, nous sommes engagés contre le projet de parking Op Loupescht de la majorité CSV-DP ! Or, ces politiciens ont opéré un virage à 180 degrés et ont retiré le projet. C’est une bonne chose ! Un succès pour l’initiative citoyenne et pour nous aussi!

L’annonce a été faite à travers un article de journal, dans lequel le bourgmestre a notamment admis que le parking n’a en fait jamais été nécessaire ! Cette prise de conscience arrive trop tard, car des centaines de milliers d’euros ont déjà été investis dans un projet insensé. Et ce, compte tenu de la situation financière actuelle ! Ici, nous payons tous un prix trop élevé pour une mauvaise décision prise par les politiciens du CSV/DP, qui n’ont pas compris les besoins des gens et les exigences d’un urbanisme moderne.

Nos propositions pour l’avenir

• Nous sommes favorables à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre d’un concept global intelligent pour le centre du village de Junglinster, qui doit (re)devenir un lieu de rencontre pour les citoyens de toutes les générations – avec des espaces verts et de loisirs agréables.
• Ce concept ne doit pas (seulement) être élaboré par des bureaux d’études externes et coûteux, mais doit émaner du milieu de la société – dans le cadre d’un processus vivant de recherche d’idées.
• Nous allons réviser la clé de répartition actuelle des places de stationnement de la commune – l’une des raisons du désastre du parking.
• Un bilan rapide du “Parking résidentiel” sera établi, avec les riverains et les entreprises concernés, afin de l’adapter si nécessaire.
• En fin de compte : à l’avenir, la sécurité de la planification des projets de construction dans la commune doit TOUJOURS aller de pair avec une planification financière à long terme, précise et rentable !

A critical look on majority politics of the last 6 years

For the last few months we, Déi Gréng, have been campaigning against the Op Loupescht car park project of the CSV-DP majority! Now these politicians have done a 180-degree turn and withdrawn the project. A good thing! A success for the citizens’ initiative and also for us!

The announcement came via a newspaper article in which, among other things, the mayor also admitted that the multi-storey car park was never actually needed! This realisation comes too late, because hundreds of thousands of euros have already been poured into a pointless project. And this in the current financial situation! Here we are all paying too high a price for a wrong decision by the CSV/DP politicians who have not understood the needs of the people and the requirements of contemporary urban planning.

Our proposals for the future

• We stand for the creation and implementation of an intelligent overall concept for the village centre of Junglinster, which should (again) become a meeting place for citizens of all generations – with pleasant green and leisure areas.
• This concept must not (only) be created by costly, external planning offices, but must emerge from the midst of society – in a lively process of brainstorming.
• We will revise the municipality’s current parking key – one of the reasons for the parking disaster.
• A timely balance sheet of the “Parking résidentiel” will be drawn up, with the residents and businesses affected, in order to adjust it if necessary.
• Ultimately: Planning security for construction projects must ALWAYS go hand in hand with long-term, precise and cost-efficient financial planning in the municipality in the future!
